Thinking about exhibiting?

The KitPlus Show is a regional event which attracts between 20 and 50 exhibitors (depending on the venue) with registrations for our MediaCityUK Show over 1000 in 2017. We have been running regional events since 2011 and have now focused on what we believe are key media hubs in the UK (outside of London), those being Glasgow, Bristol and Manchester in 2018.

We are not like any other show - we want to reduce your overheads, manage expectations and most importantly make your life easy and cost effective. The events are one-day shows, there is no shell scheme, you won't need riggers, we share attendee information (when they agree) and parking for exhibitors is always free. We can transport your kit between venues and we will even book your hotel rooms if you need us to. When you arrive at your space you'll find a table (with nice black stretchy covering), power, wifi, and, if we've managed your transport, all your kit will be ready to set-up (we draw the line at doing that for you!). If you've transported your own kit in your boot or van then you can park right outside and we'll help you unload.

Typically exhibitors get a 3m x 2m space which includes power, wifi and a table if needed. Some opt for a double space (not quite double the cost) which depending on venue is usually possible to accommodate.

As part of the exhibit package we offer magazine print space for promotion included in the overall cost.

Events are open to the public from 10:30 to 16:30. Setting up can take place the afternoon before the show until 18:00 or on the day of the show from 08:00, possibly saving you an overnight stay.

In an ideal world we like exhibitors to join us for all venues during the year and coupled together with a London show such as BVE, BSC or MPS covers the UK from north to south and east to west! In an effort to make this happen then we do offer package discounts for exhibitors booking all three KitPlus Show events. We also understand that you might be a regional distributor or have a specific targetted market so only want to do one or two venues, this is fine and we can discuss your requirements to ensure everyone is happy.

BANNERS: The KitPlus Show is a team effort so all exhibitors have access to website banners and HTML to send to their databases to promote their presence at the show(s). CLICK HERE to see the selection and call us if you need a differnet size

When you see our web page of banners then just right click and copy the banner image you want and then add it to your website with a link to a specific venue or the home page at www.kitplusshow.co.uk.

HOTELS: The most popular hotel we have found near the venue in Glasgow is the Village Urban Resort so do check availability there if you need a room for one or two nights. For Bristol we use the IBIS in Bristol Centre. For MediaCityUK we use the Holiday Inn and if you quote KIT then you will benefit from a reduced rate booking although this is subject to space at the hotel.

REGISTRATION:: We have a specific page now to register as an exhibitor which will save you time. As many exhibitors will have different staff at each venue there are three links.

TRANSPORT: If you have ordered one of our transport options you will need to download and complete THIS FORM. You will then be sent some labels to attach to your shipment.
